What makes photography more relevant than a picture on an iPhone?

Photography can experience so many emotions even with the iPhone camera. A difficult thing that you miss is that on cameras it is detailed and can take photos of moving water with a high or low shutter speed. Photographers are said to have a certain eye for things that an iPhone couldn't produce below is a photo from a camera and than one from an iPhone. Photography can show someones creativity they have and what goes through there mind at points.
